3. Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price for your order. A flat-rate shipping fee of $450 applies to all orders.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full before delivery. We accept:
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card data.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Nano Containers LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and modified containers are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nano Containers LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is owned by Nano Containers LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
