Shipping Policy

Nano Containers LLC ships to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
1. Shipping Cost
A flat-rate shipping fee of $450.00 applies to all orders, regardless of container size or destination within the contiguous US. This fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Delivery Method
Containers are delivered by tilt-bed or flatbed truck. The truck requires:
- Clear access to the delivery site (minimum 14 ft clearance height, 100 ft straight approach)
- A firm, level surface for placement (gravel, concrete, or compacted ground)
- Someone present at delivery to sign and inspect the container
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, weather, or location. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking or delivery details once your order ships.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Issues
- Missed delivery: If you are not available and we cannot access the site, a redelivery fee may apply
- Damaged delivery: Document damage on delivery paperwork and notify us within 24 hours
- Wrong item: Contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement at no cost
