Return & Refund Policy

At Nano Containers LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Standard (Unmodified) Containers

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Container must be in the same condition as delivered — no damage, alterations, or modifications
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
• Return freight/transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Custom & Modified Containers

• Custom-built and modified containers are non-refundable once fabrication has begun
• This includes container offices, modified storage units, specialty builds, and any container with custom features

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Modified or custom-fabricated containers
• Containers that have been altered after delivery
• Containers not in original delivery condition
• Accessories and add-on items marked as final sale

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your container arrives damaged:

• Document all damage with photos before signing the delivery receipt
• Note damage on the delivery paperwork
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@nanocontainersllc.com
• We will assess and resolve the issue at no cost to you

4. Refund Process

• Once a return is approved and the container is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• The 15% restocking fee and return freight costs are deducted from the refund amount

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply to cover processing costs
• Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled

6. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@nanocontainersllc.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
