New vs. Used Shipping Containers

Choosing between a new and used container depends on your budget, intended use, and appearance requirements.

New (One-Trip) Containers

Made overseas and shipped to the US with one load. Near-perfect condition with minimal surface rust or wear. Ideal when appearance matters or for modifications.

Used Containers

Cargo worthy (CW) containers have been inspected and certified for shipping. Wind & watertight (WWT) containers are structurally sound and weather-resistant. Great for storage at a lower price point.

Which Should You Choose?

For storage, a WWT used container offers excellent value. For modifications (offices, homes, studios), we recommend a new or CW container. Call us and we will help you decide.
